About the Position:
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This role combines facility maintenance and event support, allowing you to work both independently in the field and as part of a team at clients’ community events. During the week, you’ll handle routine maintenance tasks, such as keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. On select evenings and weekends, you’ll support marketing events by helping set up and break down, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team that represents the company out in the community.

About You:
You’re someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right. You’re comfortable using basic tools, solving problems on the spot, and handling physical work throughout the day. You are also reliable and flexible, open to occasional evening or weekend work, and comfortable interacting with people professionally and friendly during events.

You’ll do well in this role if you are:
  • Hands-on and mechanically inclined (basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus).
  • Organized and able to manage your time without constant supervision.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable lifting, moving equipment, and working both indoors and outdoors.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Professional and customer-friendly when representing the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance:
  • Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and general facilities.
  • Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair things on-site when approved.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.

Event Support (Marketing Events):
  • Assist with Set-Up and breakdown of marketing events, including booths, signage, tables, and other equipment.
  • Transport, organize, and maintain event materials and supplies. During events, you will drive a company truck.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner when interacting with clients and the public.
  • Coordinate logistics with marketing and operations teams.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, handyman services, or related field.
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of 3 years of driving history.
  • Have reliable transportation to visit various sites for maintenance.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
